Default Rear liftgate won’t open

2012 suburban lt
power liftgate

ive replaced the switch in the handle and the actuator now. It will not open unless you push the lever to manually release the hatch on the actuator. I’m at a loss as to what to do. It won’t open manually (pulling on it while pulling switch) or with remote or any other way. After I replaced the handle switch it worked for a few days but went out again so I replaced the actuator and nothing now
