Default programming keyless on 1999 Suburan

I have got a new keyless remote for a 1999 Suburan I just Bought and I have tryed everything and can not get the keyless remote programmed. Can anyone help?

I found out how to do it after posting this post so I thought I would give the answer if anyone needs the answer; take a wire and go to your OBDII plug and put a jumperwire from Number 8 and number 4 and once the door locks unlock and lock the keep holding the jumper wire and both terminials and hold down the lock and unlock buttons on the keyless remote untill the doors cycle and lock and unlock and that will programm your keyless remote.
