Default Adding Subs/amps to non-Bose System, also a head unit

I am looking to see if anyone here has installed subs/an amp to a non-bose system, aswell as a new head unit and what I would need to install it.

I would be adding Two Alpine Type R's (12") and putting them in the way back, and I would most likely place the amp under the center console, to avoid getting hit with something and broken, etc.

As for the head unit ( A Clarion DXZ865PB), what would I need to bypass onstar and add in the XM radio accessory.
