Block Heater location??

Block Heater location??
Does anyone on the forum have the block heater?? I ordered it, and the build sheet says it has it, and I know I paid for it, but I'll be darn if I can find it. The manual says it's near the power steering res., but I can't find it!

I found the cord for mine tied up to the frame on the drivers side.It's a stretch to reach it. The only place I could get it out to plug it inwas next to the tow hook. Hope this helps!
