Default cant seem to get brake pressure

I have a 97 burbon and I cannot seem to get any brake pressure. I installed a new booster, new master cylinder, new shoes on the rear and have blead all breaks through out. After this I still had no pressure so I replaced the master cylinder with a new one, not a refurbished one like the first and I still have no pressure. I also bench blead the m. cylinder before installation. What in the world could I do to get this problem fixed?

Default RE: cant seem to get brake pressure

There is a check valve in the vacum hose to the booster... it may be faulty.
