Default Climate Control Fan Switch

How difficult is it to change the fan switch on my '96 Burb? The fan only works on high and nothing below.

It may not be the switch. I don't have the info for the 1996 model, but if it's anything like the 98 - 99 models, you need to check it first to really find the problem. It could also be the blower motor relay, the blower motor resistor, or the HVAC control module. All these components are involved when the blower motor only works on high speed.

I spent most of Saturday getting to the fan switch and trying to get to the relay. After pulling 90% of the dash off I found the switch to be good and only one relay, I replaced the relay behind the glovebox still no success.
