Default 99 Tahoe Won't Start...

I drove my 99 Tahoe on some errands. Got in my truck to drive and it wouldn't start. This happened the other day when I went to the store. I waited about 20 minutes and it started up. This time it won't start up again. It's turning over and sounds like it's trying.....any help or suggestion to get it started?

thanks a mill for the input!

Usually a faulty fuel pump but could be a clogged fuel filter.

Fuel filter is located inside frame rail just beneath driver door.
The fuel pump is in the tank and if you require instructions to replace it is probably beyond your capability, it is not an easy job; the tank must be dropped.

close the hood. The fuel pump is inside the gas tank. The filter is inline, under the vehicle, inside the frame rail near the transmission crossmember on the driver's side.

Thanks for the help. Anything trick I need to look out for when replacing the fuel filter?
Yeah I don't want to drop the tank.[&o]
