Bought a 2003 Tahoe about two months ago and with this crazy weather here in MO, am looking in to buying a remote starter for it so the Wife doesn't have to go out in the cold to start it and drive to work while the car is heating up. I've read that the Viper Starters work well with GM products, but had a couple of other questions.

1. I have the LT trim; which has the digital heating control. Firstly, I am not sure how exactly the auto control work. Do they automatically adjust to the outside temperature; such a warm when its cold and cold when its hot?

2. If installing a remote starter, will it automatically engage the auto heating control to immediately start heating when remotely started?

3. Also have heated seats. Will these turn on when remote started when its cold? Not sure if this is a part of the auto heating function or not.
