Default Power Window (2000 Tahoe)

I have a 2000 Tahoe (new body style) and the front passenger side window does not function. Here's what I can tell you (I have limited mechanic ability so please bear with me)

When the window control on the driver's side is pressed the window control on the passenger side clicks. Neither switch will openthe window.

I took of the door panel and the motor on the front passenger side window feels warm to the touch.

Does this seem to indicate the motor is bad?

Also being the idiot that I am - I was trying to jump the passenger-side switchas my son was pressing the driver's side switch to see if I could get the window to operate. Now the power door lock switches are not working. The remote keyless entry will still lock and unlock the doors so everything besides the switches are working. Does it sound like I fried the PDL switch as well.

Thanks in Advance

Dej_8,
I hope that you don't have the window control lock on. It's on the drivers side panel and if it is on the other windows will not work from their doors. I've seen them get turned on by mistake (Like when cleaning the door).

Good Luck, Dondobe

I've tried with the window lock button in both positions and that doesn't solve the problem.
