It's about that time to do my first rotation. I was wondering if should take it to the Stealer. I'v read that poeole have problems with the TPMS.

I did rotate myself. I too read about TPMS issues and got me worried. I decided not to reprogram TPMS. How I rotate is put the fronts in back and backs in front. I do not cross wheels so the tires rotate in the same direction as before.

I'm going to do myself. Owner's manual tell you what to do about pressure sensors; it doesn't look all that difficult to relearn tire positions. Check it out.

Rotated and re-programmed TPMS at home.
Followed the instructions in themanual on how to re-program TPMS.....piece of cake.

Rotated at home, the TPMS re-program didn't work...next time at the stealership I'll have them do the re-program.

Did mine myself and reprogrammed TPMS. No problem except those factory 20s weigh a ton.

Most of those I've seen on forums that have had problems reprogramming have had the new rubber sensors.

I think I'll just go to the Dealer. They quoted me $25 for all four. I guess that it will save the headach if I'm not able to relearn the TPMS. BTW $25 ain't bad, is it? Has anyone gotten it done for less

$25 is a little high. I would expect $15-20.

I'll see if they can give me their employee pricing. When I bought the hoe I was able to work them for 3 tanks of petro. I guess it won't hurt to try to get a better deal. Its funny they would give me gas slips to go fill up and I'll get nothin but the good ish.

My dealer rotated and balanced with hidden stick-on weights for $45. With less than a 1,000 mi on it, the clip-on weights had already started to wear thru the clear coat. []
