What does this plug go to

Hello,

I need some help identifying where this plug goes to. It has some heat shield wrap around it. Looking for some help from the forum.
Truck not currently running and I'm looking at why it cranks but doesn't start.

block heater cord...not related to any starting problems.....maybe if its -60*C

check the fuel pressure.
if u have specific questions include model, year, engine
