Default How to properly flush radiator in 1997 Subur

Hi, this is a very basic question. How do I access the drain plug on the radiator? It seems impossible to access from the bottom and from the top I am having difficulty getting a tool on it. Could I just undo to lower hose instead? If so, how do I prevent a mess.

Second question. What is the best way to completly flush the system i.e. not only the radiator, but the fluid hung up in the engine and the hoses? Could I just refill the radiator with water, then run the car for a few miniutes and drain again? I know I might have to do this 2 or three times and it wouldn't be 100%, but is it good enough? Thanks, Rob
