Default Auto level control

Hello there, My service suspension soon light comes on, ( sometimes ) the dealer told me the air ride compressor needs to be replaced, they want $600, I feel this should be something I can replace myself, I would appreciate some advise on location and approximate cost for part.
Thanks for the help...

Welcome to the forum.

If it's a NBS, it's behind the driver's side rear wheel and has a soft protective cover around it.
