Default Location of the Knock sensor 2 Bank 2 on 2007 Suburban

The other day I have noticed that my truck is not idling correcty. After scanning I got the code P0330.

Can someon please point me to the location of the knock sensor 2 bank 2? I've tried searching this forum / Google but was unable to find any diagrams.

I have 2007 Suburban 2500 HD.

Thanks for any pointers.

Welcome to the forum.

From what I could find w/ a quick search was that they located underneath the intake manifold.

Under the intake is where I have seen them also but when I looked up 2007 Suburban 4wd for Engine Controls and Fuel - 4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L and 6.2L
it showed them on each side of the engine !?!

How similar is this proceedure for the 2006 5.3 Flex Tahoe? I also have the knock sensor 2 bank 2 code.

Now I'm confused; are they under the intake manifold, or are they below the exhaust manifold on either side? It appears that maybe the 2006 and earlier are under the manifold, while the 2007 and later are on the sides?

It does appear that the 06's are on TOP of the engine...

If you have a Gen3 5.3L V8 the knock sensors are under the manifold. If you have a Gen4 (which came out in 2004) they are on each side of the engine. You most like have the Gen4.
