Default Parking Sensors and rear speakers/fans not working

I have a 2009 Tahoe LT with 40K miles on it, the Parking Assist stopped working (receiving the the dreaded "Serivce Park Assist" message) and I recently learned that my rear speakers and rear fans are not working either. I tested my 4 sensors on a buddy's truck and they are all operating properly which is leading me to think that the issue with the Parking System is electrical and that the three failures may be related. Has anyone had similar issues?

Welcome to the forum.

First time I've heard of this problem. Maybe someone else has some experience.

Turns out the speakers and fan problems are a false alarm. I'm pretty certain that my passenger who diagnosed the problem was looking for music to come out of the On Star speakers, and the 3rd row fans are working just fine.

I'm still stuck trying to figure out whats wrong with my Ultrasonic Rear Parking Assist. The warning light stays red and the led on the switch doesn't light up at all - and of course I am getting the "Service Park Assist" message.

Thought the OnStar came out the radio speakers.

Any recent rear bumper damage? Sensors tend to be fragile.
