Default Po785

Am getting a PO785 DCT code and blew up the first transmission. Have since replaced the transmission and am having the same difficulties as the first before it went. I ohm'd out the solenoids and they all checked good. Have gotten a lot of information from this site saying they could still be mechanically failing and need to come up with a way to check that.
My question is also as follows; Had the battery disconnected for over a week. Was hoping that this would reset the PCM fault codes but am not sure. Could the original problem have this transmission still in "limp" mode? Am about to start tracing my electrical lines as well this weekend so any information on that would eb especially useful. TY for this site and the information I have gotten so far

Welcome to the forum.

Did you clear the code when you replaced the tranny?
