Default Need help with rims & drop

I have a 2001 Tahoe. Just ordered 24" rims w/ 305/35/24 rubber. I plan on adding a SS front clip, and lowering it. First will the SS cause clearance issues with the wheels? If so, how can I make it work? Second, how low can I go? Last, I have Magna Flow duals with Escalade tips, and K&N.....any suggestions on the next mod?

I'm thinking brake upgrade, but which is the best without spending a wad?

Oh, I need to reprogram for larger wheels. Any suggestions on a good product?

Thanks...I'm new to the forum and aint scared to ask for advice

Will ad pictures after mods.
