Default Power windows stopped working when replacing speakers?

I replaced the speakers in my 1997 Suburban because the ones in there sucked. They were jerry rigged together with stock wiring, so I just made it work with some connectors, didn't rip anything out or change anything. Speakers work, great. I tried to roll my (power) window down, nothing on the drivers or passenger side. The rear windows work, they are a different power source on the door panel though. What could be the issue? I pressed the switch last night and the lights went dim, so it seemingly is getting power? The passenger side doesn't work either (the door panel itself) for the window...locks and power windows, etc. work. Any ideas?
