I just found out from the dealer that my 01 Tahoe has a remote starter hooked up. He told me that I could look under the dash for the unit and get the name of the company, and I'll be able to replace the transmitter. Well, I tried to find the unit under the dash, but I couldn't find anything aftermarket under there. The only thing was a Delco unit under there. Anyone know if there was delco starters available in 01, or is this something else.
If not under the dash, where else would they install the starter unit. Thanks.
