Hi,

Thinking of buying an 07 Tahoe LT2 next month. One thing I am concerned about is the removal of the 3rd row seat. How difficult is it? Can it be done by one person? Will the cargo area be flat enough for loading?

It is very easy. It has a built in handle and can be easily removed. I think you push down a switch and pull the handle and it slides right out It is split into 2 seats so it isn't so cumbersome.

The floor isn't completely flat. It has plastic rails where the 3rd row seat attaches, but will accept cargo on top of them easily.

Yeah, just a couple of latches and pull the handle.

Each Section removes with little effort but they are a little heavy!!! The wheels make them easy to roll.

They weigh about 70 pounds each. Good thing they have good handles. I removed mine to make it easier to fit clubs in. It was a little squeezed even with rears folded up.
