replace front bumper/qtr panels c/Escy front end??
Here's a thread that I thought I would start for theoretical consideration.
In theory?
Could you replace the font end of the tahoe with lights, bumper, grille, front quarter, and hood (if reqd) of the Escalade? Price aside (would be pricey unless you could get cheap parts in time) could this be done with some minor brakcet changes?
Food for thought, just wanted to kick it around see what some of us thought...
Which would lead to developing a full exterior transition kit (with exception of side doors)
The Tahoe and Yukon share so much similarity with the Escalade, it is possible to put together a kit that would give a pretty close knockoff. I know I looked at the Escalady and said, hell no for the 60ish price tag. When I saw the LTZ, It was so much more for the money with so little difference. Even the Denali comes so close to the Escalade, like I said the only part not replaceable within reason is the side doors, all else is close enough.
Food for thought...
