Default Good lubricant for leather/plastic?

I have isolated a bad creak where the driver side armrest mates with the plastic door panel. The creak is at the area where your elbow would rest. If I hit 'chatter' bumps, you can hear it creaking. Anyone know a good lubricant that I could squirt in there (there are little holes where you can spray using a tube) or anyone know the order, etc. for removing the door panels without damaging anything (door lock, etc.).

Thanks!

I thought that stuff looked good when I saw a Dupont ad for it several years ago but $30 for 1/2 oz is pricey. Is it that much better than silicone spray or grease?
