Cool replacing an ignition switch

How difficult is it to replace an ignition switch in a 2002 Tahoe. The horn blows when I try to start teh vehicle and a car radio show told me it sounded like the ignition switch and I wat to know the difficulty befroe attempting to do thiis myself.

Thanks

it's not really hard, but difficult to explain. your best bet is to grab a chilton's from parts store, or see if local library has one you can check out, or copy out of.

I did one on a 97 Blazer and it wasn't fun. Its tight working conditions in the column.
