Default Black Tahoe and water spots question ??

Ok, I am not sure if this should be posted in here or not, but it is related to my Tahoe.
Here is my problem.. I just went and bought some Meguiars deep crystal car wash, and then I washed my tahoe with it. I washed it in the shade and then started to towel dry it. Before I could get it all dry, I noticed that the front windshield was water spotted all to heck. The pant job looks great, but the windows look bad.
I even went back with some windex and tried that but the spots did not go away..

So my question is...
Do any of you have any suggestions for cleaning a Black Tahoe.. What products have you found to work best ???

Second question is... What the heck can I use to get rid of the water spots ??

I have never had trouble with water spots on windshields before until I used this product...

Thanks for any suggestions and help...

It is appreicated.

If it was water spotted does that mean you left it dry before you toweled it off? Or was it wet and as you dried it there were spots left behind.

I use Meguiars stuff and that product for years on all color vehicles including Black and never had that happen if I dried it before it air dried.

Clay bar will get them out. I use the Mr. Clean Autodry and I never have an issue with spots anymore. You should use either mothers or meguires claybar and then follow that up with a good wax.

Actually , The paint looks great... It was the front windshield that spotted like crazy.. The tahoe was wet and as I started drying it off, I figured I needed to dry the paint first since I know how hard it is to dry black before it dries itself and spots on you...
But once I got through drying the painted areas, I went to the front windshield and it was spotted like crazy.. I will give the vinegar a shot tomorrow if it does not rain on me.. Just my luck, I burn my butt of trying to get this thing clean, and now they are saying rain for the next two days..[:'(]

Wow... I have never seen that book... I need to read up on it.. I figured the paint would spot before the windows...

Thanks for the advice.

[sm=youreright.gif] I'm guessing it's because the glass holds the heat longer.

Bio-Clean water stain remover works great on glass. Most glass shops carry it. Use just enough to get the stains off (not too much!) After the glass is polished and spot free, apply the Bio-Clean sealer. It will help prevent spotting in the future.

For removing water spots and grime build-up on glass GM recommends a simple household product called Bon Ami, very inexpensive and found in nearly every grocery store.

Just be sure to use a lot of water with it and no need to scrub with any force.
