Tahoe & Suburban The power, space, and brutal towing ability make the Tahoe and its longer sibling, the Suburban, arguably the best full size SUV's on the market today.

Love the stance and the entire look. would love to do same to mine. couple of questions of you dont mind: can 4x4 be lowered or only 2wd? does it affect towing capacity? what size are those wheels? I'm guessing 22"?
thanks a lot.

Mine is a 4wd so yes 4wd can be lowered and no it does not affect towing capacity. If you tow often I'd suggest helper bag regardless if you're lowered or not to help the back end from sagging. The rims pictured are 20s but 22s are going on within the next week or two.

Thanks for the information. Very valuable. Please post pics once the new wheels are installed.

My 2012 'Burban. She's stock. Nothing too fancy. But a great ride. Love it!

Default New to me Suburban

All you guys with your "Newer" rides. Y'all have too much money!

My "New" Purchase:

1999 Chevy Suburban K1500 6.5 Turbo Diesel. 146k original miles. It's a beast and I LOVE it.

When I first bought it:

Here are a couple of less than high quality pics after the rims were installed. The Suburban gets detailed in about a week or so and I'll get better pics then.

Any suggestions for inflation pressure on 295/35-24 tires?
