Hello flemflam28,

Are you thinking you'd like to have a certified Chevrolet technician take a look? We can facilitate this process should you want to go this route. We're available via private message and would need your VIN, mileage, contact information, and preferred dealership to move forward. Please keep us on the forum updated on this situation and have a wonderful evening.

do they move downwards when you shift to reverse? that's a setting you should be able to turn off with your steering wheel or dash controls

Cleveland is correct. I personally dislike it but it's my wife's dd and she likes it! Can disable it from your steering wheel buttons info center

Do both mirrors rotate down, or just the passenger side? I have a car (not a Chevrolet product) that does just that, allows you a better view of the sidewalk or curb when backing up. I can turn the feature off, but I like it. Would rather not end up with curb rash on these wheels.
