Tahoe Battery problems
I bought my truck in 3/06 as of last week, the battery has been replaced 3 times. So this truck has had four batteries since I bought it. I only have 36 thousand miles on truck.
I have also had to have the dash computer replaced. Went completely out. The passenger front door and window does not work all the time from drivers side. Already had switch replaced 7 months ago. Having same problem again.
My Air conditioner went out in the first 3 months, had to replace ac outlets in car twice and the rear seats also has had several problems locking.
please help the dealer doesn't believe there is any problems with this. The keep telling me everything is on a different circuit.
Help. I even know there something wrong with electrical because of the batteries issue. I could see one battery change but not 3 additional ones.

I'd be curious to see what the charge voltage is when the vehicle is operating. It's possible (but I admit unlikely) that the charge voltage is way too high. This could result in damage to at least the computer. Its easy to monitor the charge voltage. You can use a VOM, hook it between 12V and ground (lighter plug for instance), set it in the console, and observe the readings while driving around. The switches and things like that won't be affected by overvoltage, but the computer (BCM) which controls when the windows and locks can be operated cound be adversely affected by an overvoltage condition.
