I can, but I'll have to wait until the new 20"s show up. I was hoping to have everything ready so that I could have minimal delays and just get it done so if I needed to order either the valve kit or the new sensors I'd do that now and have them by the time the rims and tires arrive (probably later this week).

The good news is a friend of mine owns a Harley Davidson shop and he can pop the beads, install, inflate, etc. so it won't cost me anything more than a 12er really but I was trying to get it all done in one shot. Three kids now, not a lot of time.

Rims and tires showed up late last week, my friend and I are going to attack the switch tonight. I'll swap the sensors straight across and let you know what happens.

Thanks for the advice, I'll keep you posted!

Quick update, the wheels were put on the truck Friday afternoon and so far, so good. Haven't seen the sensor go off so I'll assume it's working until I know otherwise.

Appreciate the input though, thank you again. Looking forward to posting some more on this forum.

Did you reprogram the locations?

Initially no, the valve stems were just swapped out and the sensors didn't go off so I assumed everything was working properly. Had they gone off I would have done it but just to be safe I did hit the "Relearn Tire Locations" or whatever on the speedometer when the truck is first started and still no issues.

Hopefully this means the transfer worked OK, otherwise I will not know until I have a tire pressure problem.

The BCM still thinks they're in the same place as they were before. You need to go thru the relearn procedure described in the Owner's Manual.
