Default Wheel hop

I have a 2013 3/4 ton suburban. I get wheel hop after getting off highway on ramps or pulling into gas stations. Any suggestions to correct this?

Given your limitations on when it happens, I find this very strange.

Wheel hop can be caused by...
Out of Balance,
Out of Round (including improperly mounted),
Bad Shock Absorber,

Other things like...
Bad Tie Rod and a Bad Ball Joint can in their primary state of disrepair can somewhat feel like hop.

Check all these things and get back to us

I wonder if you are an issue with the rear diff locker?

Thanks for the input,

I think its with the rear diff anti lubrication, it happens when its hot from regular driving and especially when towing trailers. Any suggestions on differential oils or additives?

Being a 2013 I would take it in to have it inspected and serviced under warranty... that is something you want documented should it shell out when you least expect it...

The G80 rear end is a locker differential, not a limited slip. The lubricant does not require any additives. You could check with your service department to find the correct gear oil for it.
