Default Thinking about fender flares and cold air intake for my 2004 Suburban

Any recommendations for full fender flares for a 2004 Burb LT? I am looking to cover as much around the wheel well as possible so i can avoid finish work. I recently repaired rust around the back passenger wheel well and would like to avoid the finish work and I think fender flares would look great too.

Also, after doing the magnaflow exhaust I am thinking about doing a cold air intake. Is this worth the investment? Does it actually improve MPG and performance? If so what would you all recommend for a product?

Thanks,
-Steve

You should be able to get the standard factory flares through your parts department.

The cold air intakes will not improve anything except taking money out of your pocket. If you look at your existing air intake, you'll notice that it is a cold air intake.
