Default Body lift vs Suspension lift

Ok, I have a 98 Geo Tracker I want to lift. My question is do I go with body or suspension lift. I realize a body lift will not raise the ground clearance of the frame but I am not looking to do any extreme offroading in this Tracker as it is in extremely good condition. I am mainly wanting a more aggressive look for it with the option for slight offroading. No big mud holes for this Tracker. And given all that what size lift do you suggest 2 inch 3 or 4? Once the lift is on what size tire do you suggest. My Tracker is the 16 valve 4 cylinder Automatic so it wont pull much of a big tire. I was thinking a 225 or 235 AT. Thanks for the advice. Looking forward to being a member of this forum.
