Was thinking about putting a pod filter on and changing the muffler maybe even a performance chip. Would performance spark plugs make a difference? Or are they a waste. I just want to know of some more ways to get more hp. Anything would be appreciated

Performance plugs are a waste of money. Basically, you can not burn more fuel with a 'stronger' spark plug, if there is not more fuel to burn.
In order to obtain more power, you need more fuel/air in the compression chamber before the better spark changes anything.
(Look into the NGK website, and read for yourself)
A performance chip can help, but I'll surely mess with our emission system. Same goes with a wider muffler.

In my personal opinion, I'd rather sell my Tracker and buy a more powerful car, before spending money on those mods
