2004 Trailblazer Running Issue
I have a 2004 Trailblazer that I recently did an engine swap. She was running great and then I developed an issue. When you first start the car up, she runs fine. Then after about 2-3 minutes of running I experience a loss of power and the motor sounds like it's struggling/overloaded. When you floor the car the engine sounds like it's overloaded and I get a max of around 3000 RPM's. While experiencing this the "service engine soon" light briefly flashed on and then right back off. Any ideas?

Read my codes last night....
U1301
U1041
U1064
P0300
U1152
I cleared all of the above codes and took the car for a ride around the block. None of the codes came back but once again after about 5 minutes of running the engine/car sounded like it was struggling and did not have full power.......any ideas?
In addition I have an ABS light on the dash. The codes under ABS were
C0040
C0110
I cleared these codes and only the C0040 came back which is the right front wheel speed sensor.
