Auxiliary input for 2002 trailblazer
Hello everyone. My question is "Is there an auxiliary adapter for this particular year (2002) that will allow me to listen to my Ipod and MP3 player?"
I have a 2002 Trailblazer (Yes, I know, not a good year) with a Bose factory stereo, single CD player. Whether it's slave or not, I do not know. How can I tell? I do have an Onstar system although not subscribed. I'd like to have this completely taken out if possible. I'd like to keep the stereo if possible.
I have searched high and low and not sure if there is an adapter out there that is compatible with this particular year.
Also, if there is one out there, how hard is it to install yourself? Are there videos on youtube?

The aux input adapter for your vehicle was available but Precision interface did and update to support more Gm radios with satellite input and remove one vehicle with external CD changer controls, the 2002 trailblazer
the part number was gm12-aux.v1, sometimes you can locate a used one on ebay the part looks just like this one but needs to be V1 not V2
GM12-AUX.V2
