Default Break Lights

Hello folks, first time posting in these forums and I hope someone can shed a little light!

My wife owns a 2003 Trailblazer and I noticed a few days ago that NONE of the break lights work, including the overhead one. So today I decided to do a little trouble shooting here's what I did:

-Used my voltmeter to check continuity
-Light Bulbs: check
-Fuses (Front and back panel): check

-Used my voltmeter to check for voltage
-Voltage at both fuse panels

-Replaced the break light switch
-Replaced the light bulbs

Turn signal works fine, looked up the VIN to see if it was involved in the 2003 recall, on the website it said it doesn't. So I have ran out of ideas and would like to keep trying over the weekend. Come Monday if I can't figure it out I suppose I will take it in to the dealer. Hope someone has a few ideas- thanks in advance for any help!
