I have read many posts concerning this issue....
I have 06 Trailblazer LS , 6 cyl.
I bought the evap can vent solenoid valve from dealer, but cant find the location anywhere....dropped the spare tire, and see the canister mounted above a plate on drivers side, but not the vent solenoid. I havent removed the plate that holds the canister in place. could it be mounted above the canister?
read where people only needed a screwdriver to replace it on the 07 model,so thought the 06 would be similar.
pic would be nice, but info on location from canister will do fine.

update......reason i couldnt find it is because it wasnt there.....found bracket ....but no solenoid......maybe someone needed it more than i did, lol
anyway, location is just above rear differential, rear end of gas tank
