Default Trailblazer....
Today I put my 05 trailbazer 4.2 4x4 ext with 118000 miles into reverse. After I backed out of my driveway I put it into drive went 2 feet and died!!? I immediately turned it off and back on and It fired right up. About two months ago I had it tuned up. What's wrong with my trailblazer? It has no cods pop up or anything.I just paid it off!

Clean the throttle body and see if that helps.
