Traverse pulsing at idle

Traverse pulsing at idle
I have a 2011 traverse with 60k that is pulsing at idle. The problem seems to be less severe when the ac is off. I've heard that it may be a dirty throttle body? The check engine light came on but I haven't had the code read yet. If so, is this an easy fix?
