Question any advise BEFORE I buy an '07 Uplander?

I wasn't familiar with the Uplander prior to seeing one advertised for sale (2007 Uplander LS ). The limited production run makes for little online information on long-term issues common to this model. Any advise ? Will be used as a 2nd vehicle, and for light towing.

YES DON'T BUY IT LOOK ELSEWHERE! terrible resell value and if it has power windows parts are expensive to replace. front end is bad for eating wheel bearings

4 yrs late... ha

check underneath for frame rust and rotten floorboards. literally every floorboard I have seen in the midwest is destroyed...

plan ahead and budget for transmission issues. there are known issues/tsb's regarding insufficient magnets and solenoids getting contaminated with ferrous material which will eventually leave you stranded or gingerly limping home.

The cooling system is a bit touchy too. monitor gauges, fans, etc for overheating/leaking
