Default Rear problem
Humming noise coming from the rear starting at around 35 mph

Year/mileage - tire make/mileage on tires?

Did this problem start suddenly one day or develop slowly over time? When did you notice it?

Humming over 35mph is likely wheel bearing(s) going bad.
