You said in an earlier post "Uplander went into the shop this morning oil level was full oil filter was ok pressure switch was fine".
Now it's "They said if the icon comes on again it could be a problem with the switch but who really knows for sure.... "
It's time you got this resolved and know for sure. Chevrolet Customer Service hangs out on this site, I bet they are following this thread from afar. You should give them a shout and ask them if they would trace the repair history on your VIN number .. see what happens.

I think that's just what they are saying cause they have no idea what the issue is buy that sounds like a good idea thanks...
