Default venture electrical issue

2005 chevy venture, had a leaky windshield. water got in the fuse box. power windows, door locks, interior lights and the remote key fob work sporadically. fuses are all good, window and lock switches are good. any idea what this might be?

The affected systems you listed do get the power through the I/P fuse block but it's hard to tell with water intrusion and especially the unknown electrolyte content of the water. There's probably corrosion in the I/P fuse block and wiring harness. I'm afraid it's probably not going to be a simple and quick repair.
