Default cylinder 6 misfire

i have a 98 chevy 1/2 ton 4 wheel drive with a vortec 350. i got a cylinder 6 misfire the other day. changed plugs, cap rotor and wires and it still comes back. Ignition control module maybe? anything else that can cause a single cylinder to keep misfireing? plug was clean not fouled or burnt. cap was not carboned up rotor looked good no pits. What else is there. compression reads same on all cylinders and its only 140k miles on it.

if compression is good i'd be looking at an injector issue, did you verify you are getting spark at the spark plug boot?
