P1345 code after changing plugs, wires , cap rotor, distributor , timing chain

I recently bought a 96 Chevy Silverado k1500 5.7 ltr , plugged the scan toll in and in and it showed two codes for o2 sensor and po300 random multiple misfire . So I went ahead and did the tune up on the truck and replaced the whole ignition system . After that was done a new code of p1345 came up and showed cam shaft to crankshaft position sensor corilation default . I tried like hell and had a local mobile mechanic come to the house and we pulled and reset the distributor about a dozen times and without any luck couldn't get the timing set . It's an non adjusting distributor simply just drops into place . Came up with the next idea and replaced the timing chain witch seems really loose and gears looked worn to me . New chain went in with gears and seemed much more tighter in place . Only thing is is that after replacing everything I can thing of that deals with this corilation problem I'm still getting the code and I'm almost out of ideas of what to do . Really don't want to go to the dealer , but any infor nation would be much appreciated at this point . Have gained a few grey hairs and a little more know how with engines during the whole proses so far. Please . And thanks guys
