Strange Brake / ABS Problem?
 

Hello I had to replace the brake line from the master to the ABS module, along with the line from the ABS to my front left caliper. I bled the brakes and everything seemed fine, brakes stiffened right right. However I have an issue where when I am braking at about 8Mph to a stop, my brakes will almost feel like the ABS is kicking in , like the pedal stops and jitters/pulses down. However no lights come on or any noise that my ABS usually makes. I've head that air could be trapped in the ABS module? Anyone else know have any opinions or input? Would be greatly appreciated.

Yup, it was the abs sensors. Replace them and had no further issues.

so did someone diagnose this?

I was able to diagnose this when I read from another source that bad ABS sensors will causes this issue when under 5 MPH like I was having. Its actually rust that builds up under the sensors and lifts them out of their spec range. Clean the rust and they should work again.

I have a truck where the pedal goes within two inches of the floor before it engages brakes and spongy

had it to three brake specialists...no one seems to be able to diagnose, new front brakes complete,new rear brakes complete, two brake lines replace, master cylinder replaced twice,anti lock replaced and still way low pedal...:(
