Flex fuel and regular

I have 03 Tahoe with a flex fuel 5.3 with a rotten body and I have another 03 Tahoe non flex fuel with a blown engine can I use the flex fuel engine in the other vehicle?

I believe you can as long as you use the flex-fuel PCM in the new body. Also, might need to find out where the alcohol sensor is and transfer it over a s well.
