Default LM7 to LS6 swap

I have an 04 silverado with an LM7 engine and it has 210,xxx miles on it. It dosent hardly have any power, so I figure it's time for a rebuild. My question is how hard would it be for me to swap my LM7 out for an LS6? I don't know an awful lot about the motors. Will my heads fit an LS6, is an LS6 even a good choice to swap with? I want it to have more power than it does now. I have no plans on drag racing it but everyone likes power. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Ls6 is a very good engine, i have an ls1 corvette and the ls6 is the higher output version of it. I don't believe you can use your heads, but if you buy a running assembly it's all bolt in short of a tune
