Unhappy Odometer problem, numbers aren’t fully lit.

I have a 2002 Chevy Silverado 1500, extended cab. As the title says, my odometers’ numbers aren’t fully lit. For example, the number one is displayed by using two vertical light bars. One on top and bottom. Excuse my brevity, I have teenagers lol. Anyway, on my odometer, one of the light bars isn’t lit.
Or like the number 3 has five light bars, mine only displays two, etc.
All other displays, lights, and gauges work fine.
My insurance company said I could save an additional 5 to 40% by putting their gps fob in my truck, but I have to take a photo of the odometer showing correct mileage first.
Can anyone help me solve this?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

P.s. I searched the forum, but didn’t find any threads with my problem.

It's likely some solder joints need re-soldered.

Unless you can solder very well, I would send the cluster out for repair. In the long run it will save aggravation and possible damage to the cluster.
