Default Noise from my front end.

Before I start making guesses and spending money where I don't. Could someone confirm my suspicion about this noise for me? I'm thinking power steering pump. Here is the link for the video. Noise starts at 43 seconds.

I'd say it is a hub.

I also would lean towards a hub, but the sound is a bit odd.

Is it worse when turning one direction or the other?

The sound is odd. Thats why it's confusing. Power steering pumps like to make that noise when the internal bearing is shot. That's why even the hubs make seance. The sound only shows up after driving a little bit. and it dosen't increases in resonance. once the pitch hit's that's the encore.
