2012 GMC sierra 5.3 oil on spark plug boot cylinder 1

So recently found my truck has oil on the spark plug boot on cylinder 1. Pulled the boot off to find a little pool of oil by the plug. I know the 2012 5.3's have the updated valve cover with pcv issues resolved. Replaced plugs and cylinder 1 coil pack due to misfire code for cylinder 1. When plugs were replaced there wasnt any oil on the cylinder 1 plug. Kind of at a loss at what can be going on here beside the rings being bad or valve stem seal issues. Only oil loss is due to the oil cooler gasket having a small leak. Besides that no smoke out the exhaust beside the normal due to moisture.Engine oil has no funny smell and normal color, coolant levels are fine and no oil in the coolant. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.
